Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to Easy Rust Filter, provided by Marvin Bösche, c/o Impressumservice Dein-Impressum, Stettiner Str. 41, 35410 Hungen, Germany. Contact: contact@easyrustfilter.com.

Easy Rust Filter is an independent web tool for planning, saving and copying Industrial Conveyor filters for RUST. It does not modify game servers or game files.

2. Plans and services

Paid plans renew automatically for one month at a time until cancelled. The total shown at checkout controls; price and tax may be specified according to country and law.

3. Registration and account security

A confirmed account is required for permanently saved setups. Credentials must be kept confidential. Users must provide correct information and promptly notify us of suspected misuse.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Lemon Squeezy handles purchases as Merchant of Record. Its checkout terms additionally apply to payment, invoicing and refunds. The subscription can be managed or cancelled at the end of the current billing period through the clearly accessible “Manage or cancel subscription” button in the account area.

Associated storage rights end when a paid plan ends. Users should secure needed information before then. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Permitted use

Attacks, automated overload, circumvention of plan limits or access controls, unlawful content, resale of access and any use infringing third-party rights are prohibited. Material or repeated violations may result in temporary restriction or account termination following an appropriate balancing of interests.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security measures, incidents at Vercel, Supabase or Lemon Squeezy, or RUST updates may affect functions. We may further develop the tool provided this does not unreasonably diminish the essential contractual benefit of a paid plan.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under product-liability law and where a guarantee was given. For slight negligence involving essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Users must review generated JSON before use. We do not warrant that game updates, server modifications or third parties will always support it unchanged.

8. RUST and third-party rights

Easy Rust Filter is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios. RUST and related marks, item images, objects and game content belong to Facepunch Studios Ltd. or their respective rights holders.

9. Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the right of withdrawal information.

10. Final provisions

German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice applies only insofar as it does not remove mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
