Right of Withdrawal

The Merchant of Record identified in the Lemon Squeezy checkout is the contracting party for the payment transaction. Its checkout, withdrawal and refund information applies in addition. We will forward requests to the Merchant of Record where necessary.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, payments received, including legally required delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal statement. Unless otherwise agreed, the same payment method will be used. Lemon Squeezy may process the refund as Merchant of Record.

Early commencement of service

If paid access is to begin before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer must expressly request this. Where required by law, the consumer also acknowledges the conditions under which the right of withdrawal expires after full performance or immediate provision of digital content. The required declarations must be given separately and expressly during checkout; a pre-selected box is insufficient.

Recommended checkout text: “I expressly request that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires. I understand that, once the statutory conditions are met and the contract has been fully performed, I lose my right of withdrawal.”
